To schedule an appointment, call our private voicemail line directly at 617-724-7272 and leave a message with your name, phone number, and good times to reach you. A PACT clinician will call you to arrange a time for a consultation.

You may also ask your doctor, nurse, or social worker to request a consultation with PACT for you.
